Formatted ssd and did a fresh install of win 8.1.

I installed win 7 64x on an older hdd and put it in my pc and the cable was recognized right away and was usable. Now, like I said, this is only on win 8.1 64x. There is also a yellow exclamation mark on the device. I'm trying to connect my Rocksmith Realtone cable (usb audio) to a usb port on my pc and whenI right click the "Usb audio device) in device manager, this pops up under properties.

Let me start off by saying that my problem is specific to only windows 8.1 64x and deals with usb devices.
